International logistics group seeking an Overseas Warehouse Operations Manager to run and optimise high-volume small-parcel fulfilment operations across the Middle East.

Role Overview
An international logistics business is appointing an Overseas Warehouse Operations Manager to lead high-volume, small-parcel warehouse operations across the Middle East. This role focuses on operational execution, process optimisation, automation, and service performance for fast-moving e-commerce fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of small-parcel and e-commerce warehouses
Drive standardisation of warehouse processes, SOPs, and service quality
Oversee inbound, picking, packing, outbound, and last-mile handover processes
Monitor operational KPIs including order accuracy, throughput, delivery time, and cost
Optimise warehouse layout, labour planning, and workflow efficiency
Lead WMS usage, automation initiatives, and system improvements
Analyse operational data to reduce errors, improve speed, and control costs
Manage and scale warehouse teams in fast-paced environments
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline
5+ years’ experience in warehouse or e-commerce logistics operations
Strong background in small-parcel or high-volume fulfilment environments
Hands-on experience with WMS and warehouse process optimisation
Data-driven operator with strong problem-solving skills
Able to handle high-frequency operational issues and tight service SLAs
Mandarin and English required as working languages
Willing to work overseas and travel regionally
