Client Success Manager - UAE
Lead enterprise client relationships across the UAE, driving renewals and growth for innovative safety technology in the industrial sector.
We’re representing a global leader in connected safety technology, seeking a Client Success Manager to join their growing UAE team.
In this role, you’ll be the trusted partner for a portfolio of enterprise customers, ensuring they receive maximum value from innovative safety solutions. You’ll manage renewals, uncover growth opportunities, and work closely with distributor networks to deliver outstanding client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively manage and retain an assigned customer portfolio across industrial sectors, with oil & gas experience highly regarded
Drive service contract renewals and negotiate agreements through distribution channels
Build long-term relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring strong adoption and satisfaction
Conduct business reviews to highlight ROI and identify expansion opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance service delivery
About You
3+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS/subscription renewals or enterprise account management
Proven background in industrial markets; oil & gas experience an advantage
Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to work across diverse cultures
Proficiency in Arabic is highly valued, alongside strong English communication skills
Comfortable with travel within the UAE and GCC region (up to 25%)
